About Keno Multi Card

GREF is a cooperative network bringing together national gambling regulators across Europe and beyond to facilitate dialogue, exchange information and share best practice on regulatory strategies.

Tim Miller, who resigned from the UK Gambling Commission earlier this year, has stepped down from the GREF board and has relinquished his role as treasurer.

Miller served on the forum for several years and was a key UK figure during a period when the Gambling Commission implemented extensive reforms to online gambling regulation and affordability checks. GREF expressed its gratitude for Miller’s contributions during his tenure.

About Keno Multi Card

The GMI, know locally as EEE, is described as a “residual payment to guarantee and legal minimum income for all residents”.

Anyone residing in Cyprus, with income not high enough to support their basic needs, is eligible for the benefit.

Cyprus is not the first market to consider whether to block its welfare recipients from using their benefits to gamble, Brazil introduced a similar ban in 2025.

How to play Keno Multi Card

Piggy Dynasty is built on a compact 3×3 layout with 5 paylines, and it puts the focus on smooth gameplay with frequent win potential. That structure signals a studio that prioritizes quick, repeatable spins over sprawling reel setups. It’s a design choice that suits shorter mobile sessions, where players tend to want fast rounds rather than a slow build toward a single bonus.

The game is backed by a solid mathematical model, with a Return to Player (RTP) of 96.01%. That figure sits within the standard band for mainstream slots. In other words, this is steady core content rather than a high-volatility outlier.

The central hook is how PopOK layers a multiplier system onto such a small grid. A fourth reel applies multipliers ranging from 1x to 15x, increasing the value of connected wins.
